To enter, change or withdraw your registration to donate your organs and tissues, you have to enter your personal and health information.

If you are using a computer that's in a public place or isn't secure, make sure you close the browser window after you have registered. Even better is to log out.

If you don't, the next person to use the computer will be able to open up, view, use, and/or change your personal and health information.
